Farmrob strikes a balance between intensive production models and the natural
behavioral needs of animals. The cage-free system significantly enhance hen welfare
by providing perches, nesting boxes and so on, while maintaining high production
efficiency and excellent egg hygiene standards.
1.Adequate perch availability is essential for welfare, allowing for natural rest,
minimizing fights on the ground, and supporting good foot and bone health.
2.Private, dimly-lit nesting allows hens to lay eggs in peace. This significantly reduces
the number of floor eggs. Additionally, Nesting closure setting closes the nests at night
to discourage incubation.
3.The nesting boxes are fitted with soft mattress, providing a comfortable environment
for the hens. Eggs roll out gently onto the collection belt, preventing cracks.
4.The activity platform is constructed from smooth, burr-free alloy, safeguarding the
hens’ skin and feathers. All welded seams are also smooth.
5.Employ high-quality feeding chains to minimize wear. Achieve large-scale and uniform
feed distribution. Have low failure rate and long service life.
